I’m afraid this is going to come up over and over again when I get to recapping Harlequins. There’s always That Horrible Woman who’s trying to steal someone else’s man in romance novels. Sigh.

Elena and Caroline are equally despicable when it comes to Stefan. Both claim an ownership they don’t have.
It’s not just romance novels. 😦 It’s kind of…life. What is it about love that makes us so awful?

It’s got something to do with narcissism, I think. (Which makes sense cuz Elena and Caroline fight for the title of MEMEMEMEMEME Queen through the books.) Blargh, more when I can think again, and no longer feel like I’m still moving forward at 65 mph.
